You simply meet with a small group of students
for twelve sessions and lead the discussion as described
in the Leader's Guide. In this role, you'll help
students prepare for the workplace in a way they won't
be able to in most schools. You'll have the satisfaction
of guiding them toward greater heights in their work experience.
